Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is processed and shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund as per our policy.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order ID and registered details.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best experience to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Important Return Conditions (Mandatory)

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, please note:

  • There may be slight color variations in the product due to lighting effects, photography, or screen display differences.
    👉 Returns or replacements will not be accepted for such minor color differences.
  • For any damage, defect, or missing item claims, the customer must provide a complete uncut and unedited 360° unboxing video of the parcel.
    👉 This video should clearly show the package being opened from start to finish.
    👉 Without this video proof, return or replacement requests may not be accepted.

International Orders

  • Cancellations are only allowed before dispatch
  • Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled or returned, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • All shipping, courier, and handling charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer
  • Return courier charges (if applicable) must also be paid by the customer
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
  • Only the product amount will be refunded (if eligible)

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved:
    Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
    Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are not eligible for refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Claims without proper unboxing video proof
  • International orders (except damaged/defective/wrong items)
  • Returns requested due to minor color variations

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time may vary)
  • If the issue still persists, contact our support team
